Dumpster Types and Sizes
Construction and Demolition Dumpsters
sizes: 6 yard, 10 yard “special”, 15 yard , 20 yard,
30 yard
6 Yard Dumpsters (5 feet x 5 feet x 5 feet, 2000lb max) are available for yard cleanup and light construction.
10 Yard “Special” Dumpsters (7 feet x 18 feet x 2 feet, 10 tons max) are available for high density/heavy materials such as:
Concrete, Asphalt, Dirt or Rock
15 Yard Dumpster (7 feet x 12 feet x 4.5 feet, 10 tons max) are available for yard cleanup, construction and tight access areas
20 Yard Dumpsters (7 feet x 18 feet x 4 feet, 10 tons max) are available for slash, composit roofing and construction
30 Yard Dumpsters (7 feet x 18 feet x 7 feet, 10 tons max) are available for slash, wood shingle roofing and larger construction sites
Dumpsters are available for temporary household / yard clean up or construction / demolition. Dumpsters are serviced Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).

Dumpster rentals for construction and yard waste cleanup are available in sizes from 6 yards to 30 yards.
All boxes may contain general household trash, construction waste, yard waste, furniture and most appliances. No hazardous waste, refrigerators, tires, propane tanks or fluorescent light bulbs may go into the box. Weight limits will vary by size.
All sizes are exterior box dimensions with height measured from the ground to the top edge of the box.
Minimum height requirement to access property is 14 feet; no overhead wires, trees, or structures.
Dimensions do vary due to manufacturer and design differences but the capacity is the same for all boxes of that class, Not all dumpsters have doors or tail gates. If the dumpster is equipped with doors, they are located at the rear of the dumpster.

Dumpster / Debris Rental Info
Dumpsters are rented for a period of one calendar week (7 days) or for one (1) dump, whichever occurs first.
Delivery and Pick Up Access Requirements
The height requirement is a minimum of 14 feet to access any area; no overhead wires, cables, trees, or structures.
Service Charges, Trip Charges and Extra Fees
Rental is charged per day after seven days if the dumpster has not been pulled or returned.
It is the customer’s responsibility to call for pick up / return and final removal of the dumpster. It is not automatically picked up after seven days.
Please call at least one business day prior to requested delivery / pick up service.
Good to know
Dumpsters are serviced Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Drivers start at 4 am.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make certain the dumpster is ready and available for pickup. If the dumpster / storage box is equipped with doors or tail gate these must be closed and secured prior to pickup.
Because some conditions are not within your control, our drivers will do their best to complete your service as contracted. Repeated trips due to dumpsters being unavailable will be subject to additional charges.
We cannot guarantee delivery / pick times. These are subject to work load, traffic and weather conditions. During severe weather conditions, there are times that our driver will not be able access your site. This is at the driver’s discretion. You will be notified by our office to reschedule your delivery/pickup when conditions improve.
If a delivery / pick up is missed, please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling.
If your dumpster was not picked up because of problems with our service requirements, please resolve the issue before calling.
